Enter the Netting Nook

Welcome to the Nook portion of Rita’s Netting Nook.

A nook is defined as:

  • a sheltered and secluded place
  • a small corner, alcove, or recess, especially one in a large room
  • a hidden or secluded spot.

So, welcome to Rita’s Netting Nook, a small, sheltered, secluded, even hidden corner of the much larger room commonly known as the Internet or World Wide Web.

Please do more than just peek around the corner.  Come in and net a bit.

  1. Thank you for your informative and very useful website, Rita. I am an artist, living in South Africa – and I have the idea to make netting around small ‘found-objects’ (like stones, bottles etc) which I then will include within the structure of my braided works. Kind regards / Ian
